  • Once an order enters production, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Full payment must be received before order processing and dispatch.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors that may occur due to technical or human mistakes.

Customization Responsibility

  • Customers are solely responsible for the content, text, images, and designs submitted for customization.

  • By submitting any content, you confirm that you own the rights to use it or have obtained the necessary permissions.

  • PrintoRani shall not be liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement arising from customer-submitted content.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Free shipping is available on orders valued at ₹500 and above.

  • A shipping charge of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹500.

  • PrintoRani is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Customers are encouraged to review the policy before placing an order.

Intellectual Property
